I love this place mat idea from Charlotte's Fancy! All you need is some paper, cards or photos, and contact paper and you have a beautiful place mat covered in memories!
You can also make gift card holder boxes and gift tags to use next year!
I also read an idea of keeping all the photos and newsletters in a three ring binder. You can look through it years later and have a book of memories from all the years past!
