I know that people are hesitant to purchase eggs these days, but NestFresh wants to assure you that their products are safe! On their site their statement reads...

The eggs involved in the recall are not from Cage Free or Organic facilities. All Nest Fresh Eggs are safe for consumption and you can be assured they are in no way affected by the current recall. If you do still have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I also found a great recipe on there for Peachy Keen Cinnamon Pancakes Breakfast that I want to try!

We have some great local peach growers here in Colorado, time to take a trip to the farmer's market. I will let you know how it turns out! What recipes catch your eye on the NestFresh site?
